How to Book Sessions
Before you get started on the booking process, you may wish to review the information on the Parents page if you haven't already done so.
Parents (or enquirers on behalf of adult learners) who wish to use this service should fill in the form below as completely as possible. Once your form has been submitted, if there are available sessions, you will be contacted within three (3) working days to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, which will allow us an opportunity to briefly discuss your concerns and schedule an initial assessment. Afterward, you will be emailed an Intervention Agreement, outlining the terms of service, and asked to return this before the assessment.
Currently, there are a limited number of sessions. Unfortunately, once session slots have been filled, they typically do not become available for an extended period. If your child is not able to be accommodated right away, I will reply to your enquiry, and you will have the option to request placement on a waiting list. You will be given priority and notified as soon as there is an opening. I look forward to hearing from you!
